Load provinces from GET /api/v1/wilayah/provinsi, then each child level with /provinsi/{id}/kabupaten, /kabupaten/{id}/kecamatan and /kecamatan/{id}/kelurahan. Village records already include the postal code.
Yes. GET /api/v1/wilayah/search?q=... searches names across all levels at once (minimum 2 characters), and the level field tells you whether each result is a province, regency/city, district or village.
Yes. The 38 provinces and 514 regencies/cities are free JSON files at apiindonesia.id/data/provinsi.json and apiindonesia.id/data/kabupaten-kota.json. Districts and villages are available through the API.
